We were proud to celebrate a significant milestone achieved by our esteemed Board Member, Dr. Asiimwe Enoch, who successfully defended his doctoral thesis and was awarded the title of Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) with honors.

Dr. Asiimwe’s journey toward this achievement had been inspired by the work and mission of the Mbeleni Foundation, particularly his deep commitment to studying the livelihoods of urban refugees—a cause that remained close to our hearts throughout his academic pursuit.
