Under the scholars Programe, Mbeleni  extended scholastic and school fees support to 80 scholars; (boys and girls), 26 in secondary schools and 54 in Primary schools. This support was after a three-year longitudinal research study that was conducted in  Kyaka II and Nakivale Refugee settlements and  Kampala District that revealed lack of quality education.
